A remodel is a significant investment, and the way we handle your money should match the care we take with your home. Transparent estimates, written change orders, weekly updates, no surprises buried in the final invoice.

Your investment is in our keeping for the duration of the project. We treat it that way.

Honor

The contract floor is what we owe you.

We communicate honestly, own mistakes quickly, and follow through on what we said we’d do. If something gets harder than we planned, you’ll hear it from us before you hear it from the inspector. If we get something wrong, we fix it.

The contract is the floor of what we owe you, not the ceiling.

Nothing here by accident.
